2021-2022
My involvement in the development of Microsoft Groceries and Start Shopping was centered around facilitating the product design process. This included conducting research, creating prototypes, and overseeing the delivery of new user experiences. My focus was on ensuring a smooth and effective workflow from the initial concept to the final product.
Part of this process involved usability testing, where I worked to identify and address any issues that could hinder user satisfaction. It was important to maintain open communication with cross-functional teams, helping to align our efforts with the broader product goals and fostering a collaborative environment. Through user research and market analysis, I gathered valuable insights that helped inform our design decisions. This research was crucial in understanding the needs and preferences of our users, allowing us to create products that were both functional and appealing.
My role also involved working closely with product managers and engineers, ensuring everyone was on the same page throughout the design process. Together, we aimed to create a cohesive and effective product launch for Microsoft Groceries and Start Shopping Deals, with a focus on thoughtfully and considerately meeting our users' needs.
