Evernorth builds innovative health services owned by Cigna Health Care. I contributed to enhancing the pharmacy experience through the Express Scripts Pharmacy service. My focus was on creating a more streamlined process for members managing ongoing medications. In this role, I emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making to shape product vision.
My responsibilities included facilitating design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions, encouraging innovative thinking and cross-functional cooperation within the multidisciplinary team. These efforts were complemented by focused design sprints and partnerships with research teams for user testing, all of which aimed to improve the customer experience and refine the product. Leadership involved guiding a team with diverse skill sets, ensuring we met our goals effectively. Utilizing tools like Figma and Jira, I helped streamline communication and boost productivity, contributing to a cohesive development process.
A significant achievement was the introduction of key performance indicators and metrics within Adobe Analytics, a first for Evernorth. This initiative allowed us to measure the success of our projects more accurately and drive continuous improvement based on data analysis.
